Shellfish

With numerous small boats fishing for shellfish from Lochinver, we at Mackay Brothers are able to source some of the finest produce in the world. Infact much of the shellfish caught in Lochinver is flown to Europe for sale the following day. Lobsters are landed on a daily basis and are kept in our specialist keep tanks which helps maintain a constant supply. We also keep a good stock of fresh oysters.

Langoustine prawns are generally available every day but landings are dependant on fair weather.
