Salmon
Our smoked salmon is carefully produced using traditional methods.
Salmon from the crystal clear waters of the highlands and islands
are carefully selected, filleted and salted over night before being
smoked for no less than 18 hours over oak dust to produce a rich,
mouth watering flavour.
Smoked salmon products are generally full sides and can come either
sliced or unsliced. If smaller packets are required we can arrange
this with some notice. All products are carefully packaged and vacuum
packed.
